Before founding Executive Career Designs, Ms. Bowen served as the Director of Career Services for a National Women’s organization and held government and corporate roles in science, technology, healthcare, and education. Through her coaching practice, Kimberly has helped over 1,200 professionals to “expect more from their career” and to “create a career to fit their life”. She is passionate about helping professionals find a career and job to fit their lifestyle. A professional career coach, she holds membership in the Career Coach Institute (CCI).
Ms. Bowen has a Bachelor's and Master’s degree from the University of Maryland and professional coach training from CoachVille, Career Coach Institute and Workplace Coach Institute. A frequent speaker and author on the powerful relationship between change, life balance and career success, she is also a mother and painter and lives near Annapolis, Maryland with her husband.
